Synelixis HotSpot Access Point is a straight out-from-the box solution for instant controlled wireless access. With Synelixis HotSpot solution you can install a secure, controlled, wireless LAN (WiFi) in the office, the home, in the yard and practically everywhere given that there is just power supply as simple as counting from 1 to 3.
1) Take the Synelixis HotSpot Access Point out of the box
2) Plug in the power cord
3) Set up one or more login/password access validation pair(s)
In case there is a DHCP server or DHCP proxy, the system will receive automatically an IP address and start sharing the Internet access. When a user tries to connect with a PDA/Laptop, access will not be granted unless a valid login/password access validation pair.
